This position develops, implements, and evaluates recruitment strategies across in-state and out-of-state territories and oversees the college’s undergraduate visit experience for prospective students and their families.

About the RoleThe Director collaborates with college units, Enrollment Management, and external partners to strengthen recruitment pipelines and expand outreach efforts. The role also provides leadership for the College Ambassadors program and supports youth engagement and leadership initiatives that advance enrollment and student success.
