Job Summary

This role is situated within the Undergraduate Recruitment team under Enrollment Management. It focuses on directing efforts for outreach call campaigns for Enrollment Management and serving as the office manager for Enrollment Management. The person hired will lead a team of approximately 10-15 students at any given time in call center efforts and responsibilities will include hiring and training student employees, approving working time, overseeing day-to-day call center operations, developing scripts and monitoring call referrals, identifying barriers/concerns related to calling outreach and the technology used, and fostering a culture of excellent customer service and responsiveness. Office management responsibilities include preparing and sending information and promotional supplies to prospective students, high school staff and other external partners in recruitment activities; preparing and shipping recruitment materials to regional admission counselors; and tracking and maintaining inventory for recruitment materials.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
