Calypso is a women’s boutique focused on curated, elevated everyday style. We are looking for a motivated, personable, and style-driven Sales Associate to join our team for the summer, with the potential for continued employment based on business needs and overall fit.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

Must be available for weekend shifts, especially Saturdays during peak seasons (including gameday)

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience for every customer
Assist customers with styling, outfit building, and product recommendations
Build genuine relationships with customers to create a welcoming in-store environment
Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and styling trends
Support daily store operations including merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual standards
Assist with fitting rooms, checkout, and overall customer flow
Help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and create a positive store culture
