Must be able to work at least one weekend shift, weeklyNumber of positions:15Department:734-Sports - EquipmentContact Name:Nora ToneyContact Phone/Extension:610-519-5617 Position Summary Information Job Description Summary: Assist with the daily operations of the athletic equipment room, including receiving and organizing inventory, managing laundry, distributing gear, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Support student-athletes, coaches, and staff with equipment needs and help prepare for practices, competitions, and team travel. Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift/push/pull and move boxes/equipment (up to ~50 lbs)
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (laundry, stocking, cleaning)
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Respect for equipment policies, confidentiality, and team spaces

Additional Information:

• This is a part-time, on-campus student position for the 2026–27 academic year, students must be enrolled in classes at Villanova to be eligible for this position
• Work schedules are flexible but may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on team needs
• Students must follow all equipment room policies and procedures
• Training will be provided; no prior experience required
• Opportunity to work closely with varsity athletic programs and gain hands-on experience in collegiate athletics operations
• Professional conduct and a team-first attitude are expected at all times

Physical Demands Summary:This position requires standing, walking, and moving for extended periods of time. Duties include lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment and boxes (up to ~50 lbs), as well as frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions (laundry, stocking, organizing).
