Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Monogram Production Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing monogram and embroidery orders from start to finish each day.
The position involves preparing incoming orders, operating embroidery machines, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards before shipment. Much of the work is performed independently, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing their workflow.
This is a hands-on role in a production environment where attention to detail and consistency are key.
• Receive and process daily incoming monogram orders
• Scan and log orders into the company job board system
• Prepare garments and items for embroidery production
• Operate commercial embroidery machines according to work orders
• Monitor machines during runs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Trim threads and finish embroidered products
• Steam garments and perform final quality checks
• Scan completed orders as outbound and prepare them for fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
• Manage daily workflow and production tasks independently

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders exactly
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working with machines and production equipment
• Basic computer skills for scanning and order tracking
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple orders at once
