Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.

Lexington Parks and Recreation is looking for Pool Managers for the summer 2026 aquatic season. Responsibilities include Manage a seasonal staff of lifeguards, cashiers, and other pool personnel to ensure a safe and clean swimming experience at public pools; will ensure proper pool water chemistry, and filtering systems; provide financial reports; develop employee work schedules to ensure proper staffing levels; provide staff training; notify patrons and enforce pool rules; assist in bathhouse and pool maintenance and cleaning. Create a friendly customer service facility and perform any other duties assigned by the management. Working weekends and holidays will be required. Trainings are required before and during the season.
