Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK

Recreational leader for an after school program (ESP) located within a local elementary school. Responsibilities include overseeing a group of children, preparing and implementing activities, ensuring care.
Monday – Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm. No nights or weekends!





Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

REQUIRED Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Tuberculosis Skin Test, passing of a criminal record/fingerprint background check and nationwide sex offender’s registry, reliable transportation, at least 18 years of age, state required, online child care training classes during employment.

PREFERRED Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
While we prefer the consistency of Monday-Friday, we can typically work with most schedules, if it fits our needs. Opportunities to work additional hours when Fayette County is out of school/on break.
