What You’ll Do:
- Lead shifts and support your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Deliver outstanding customer service from the moment guests walk in
- Handle transactions and ensure accuracy at the register
- Work across all stations (kitchen, front counter, attractions, etc.)
- Motivate, coach, and manage team members during your shift
- Identify what needs to be done and take initiative without being asked
- Help improve business operations, customer experience, and profitability
