Preferred Education/Experience

Non-CDL drivers must be 21 and possess a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. Experience driving non-CDL commercial vehicles/box trucks preferred.

Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.

Moving, packing, wrapping, inventory and transport of household goods and commercial equipment for residential and commercial customers. Pack, lift, carry, load and unload household goods and commercial items into moving trucks, warehouse vaults, and crates for transport to and from customer locations. May assist with preparing written inventories to include descriptions of items, quantities, contents and pack date, to ensure no items are lost during transportation.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Be punctual, hard-working, and reliable. Wear company approved uniform and maintain a clean and professional appearance. Be able to lift and carry heavy box or furniture.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
