We are currently accepting applications for a Student Support Specialist IV - Assistant Director of Admissions

Job Duties:

Admissions/Enrollment
• Focus on reviewing and enhancing the admissions process
• Implement and maintain communication plans to all students in admissions funnel
• Assist with daily admission application processing
• Manage the student enrollment tracking process, via usage of Trello
• Assist in coordinating enrollment events on campus
• Assist with clearing system-wide report errors
• Suggest new procedures for optimal application matriculation

High School Dual Credit Enrollment
• Utilize DualEnroll platform to manage and enroll the high school dual credit student population
• Develop and maintain a dual credit to credential seeking student matriculation plan
• Monitor and respond to Dual Credit email box

Recruitment
• Supervise Admissions Recruiter
• Maintain recruitment plans for all aspects of enrollment funnel. Utilize new tactics. Host annual High School Program Fair.
• Assist Admissions Recruiter in organizing recruiting schedule including attendance at college fairs, high school visits, and community events
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and ordering yearly recruitment materials

Minimum Qualifications:

Admissions and/or Recruitment experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Ability to interact positively with a wide range of people is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

Supervision experience
