Job Summary

You must be a current UK student to apply to this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.

Our family has 3 boys (14,10 and 9) that we need help with picking up from school and transportation to after school practices and activities. Some evenings we may need help supervising them with homework and getting dinner. There would also be evening babysitting opportunities. We have always had UK students help us and have made great friends along the way. I am a veterinarian and we have a ton of animals and live on a small farm so ideally someone who really loves animals would be a good fit. The boys are energetic and kind and we look forward to sharing our home with you and greatly appreciate your help. We pay 16$ hour plus any gas and also obviously for food if there is a meal out.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

REQUIRED Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Must be good with kids, responsible and a safe driver with a safe car. Prior experience with babysitting or pet sitting is ideal and someone who is comfortable with cats and dogs in the house. There may be times we would like help cooking small meals which would be simple(pasta and veggies) so it would be great if you are willing to do that.

PREFERRED Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Someone who is neat and jumps in to help out. We have chaotic lives and sometimes an extra hand helping the boys pick up after themselves and keep the house clean would be wonderful.
