We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Delivery Supervisor to support our contracted two-person delivery teams (drivers and helpers) and associated personnel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is critical in aligning operations, transportation, and delivery processes to ensure seamless execution, exceptional customer experiences, and strong client partnerships.


The Home Delivery Supervisor will oversee the development and performance of delivery personnel and contracted partners, fostering collaboration and accountability while supporting client expectations and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the transportation and return inventory management to consistently meet and exceed client requirements.
  • Provide leadership and operational guidance to multiple Independent Contract Delivery teams while promoting a strong culture of teamwork and shared success.
  • Monitor and measure performance across delivery operations, ensuring process alignment and clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Partner with client and delivery teams to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing appliance installations and delivery operations, with an emphasis on supporting remote teams or independent drivers.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, order fulfillment to retail, transportation, and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in building, mentoring, training, and developing teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to foster effective partnerships with contracted delivery teams.
  • Proven organizational and planning skills, including the ability to define problems, analyze data, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in direct customer-facing roles, ensuring positive customer experiences and strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and related business technology tools.
