We are now hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Maintain employee safety, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to advance production in the Machine Shop on 3rd shift to attain Department goals.
- Collaborate with other departments including Production Control, Engineering, and QA to ensure production flow.
Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated good problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient math and computer skills.
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of various types of CNC and manual machines preferred
