Supply Chain Analyst - 718
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in our Albuquerque, NM, location. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support our quantum hardware development labs and global projects. In this role, you will be responsible for Stockroom Operations, Asset Management, and Material Movements. You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, supply chain teams, finance, and program managers to coordinate inventory and logistics for cutting-edge quantum technology initiatives. All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely manage operational tasks of Receiving/Shipping, Asset Management, Logistics and Inventory Control
- Performs inventory transactions for incoming receipts, cycle counts, material movements, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Accurately and efficiently move material to and from the stockroom to support engineering and R&D activities
- Track, trace, and update the status of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in material flow, asset capitalization, cycle count accuracy, RFID tagging and inventory management
- Collaborate with Shipment Carriers, Procurement, Finance and Technical Teams to resolve shipment issues
- Maintain full material traceability, inventory storage, and documentation readiness
- Analyze operational procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Utilizes SAP S4 HANA modules for Materials Management, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse Management to complete transactions and process flows per standard operating procedures.
- Cross-train to support site operations and facilities management as necessary
- Must be able to lift 45lbs
- High School diploma/GED minimum required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ERP Systems (preferably SAP).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations in new development, high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status.
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Experience with logistics, import/export processes, and warehouse operations.
- Experience preparing parts for shipment, able to use palletize tools (pallet jack, pallet wraps, banding)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehousing environment
- Self-starter and Team-player who can also work independently
- High bias for action with creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, Power Point and Smartsheet
