We consistently run a full schedule with a wide range of complex surgical procedures, from total joint replacements, spine to advanced ENT cases. Our team includes professionals who have been with us since opening 17+ years ago as well as highly skilled new team members. Position Summary
The Surgical Technologist provides hands-on technical support to surgeons and the OR team before, during, and after procedures. This role requires strong anticipation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high‑expectation, high‑accountability environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff in a busy, fast-moving ASC
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Prepare, handle, and manage instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Anticipate surgeon needs during complex orthopedic and ENT cases
- Maintain the sterile field at all times
- Ensure equipment is available, functional, and ready for use
- Assist with supply counts, inventory, and cost-effective usage
- Complete required continuing education
- Participate in department committees and improvement initiatives
- Identify and report safety concerns to protect patients and staff
Education/Experience
- Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program
- Certified Surgical Technologist preferred
- Current State licensure and CPR
- Minimum 2 years of prior surgical experience preferred
- Orthopedic experience required

May requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
