Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while assisting in the preparation of HR and recruitment-related reports.
Maintain and update employee databases, gather and analyze HR data, and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire communications and facilitating smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in employer branding efforts through marketing initiatives, including content development and management of platforms such as the careers website and internship program Instagram page.
Gain hands-on experience in modern recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
Contribute to the execution of key Talent Acquisition initiatives, serving as a dedicated resource to help drive project progress and meet critical deadlines.
Lead onboarding meetings for incoming interns, helping to foster a welcoming and engaging experience from day one.
Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR and partner departments.
- Create documentation (video or SOPs) around Talent Acquisition processes.
Qualifications
Internship Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
- GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
- Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
- Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays yearround; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Demonstrated interest in social media, recruitment marketing, and employer branding initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel for data tracking and organization
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Effective communicator who is comfortable engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges thoughtfully
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a flexible and positive mindset
- Self-starter with high energy, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
