- Collaborate with business leaders discussing talent trends, hiring performance using data to drive accountability and process improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers to gain understanding of business unit objectives and job requirements and develop a hiring strategy to find and attract the right talent (across internal, external and passive talent channels)
- Lead full life cycle hiring from intake to offer
- Source, engage, screen, and sell career opportunities
- Leverage your deep knowledge of client business to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
The Skills and Experience You Bring
- 3-5+ years’ demonstrated experience of end-to-end recruiting process
- Demonstrable experience with all recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying and assessing candidates, networking, market trends and relationship management across leadership and individual contributor roles.
- Proven experience using a variety of sourcing tools and resources to discover and attract candidates
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate at different levels in an organization
