The Talent Acquisition Partner is a critical member of our HR team by ensuring that we are hiring the most qualified talent for the firm.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Partner with hiring managers to gain understanding of business unit objectives and job requirements and implement a hiring strategy to find and attract the right talent (across internal, external and passive talent channels)
- Collaborate with your peers, HR Business Partners and Compensation for the HR function on a regular basis
- Manage full life cycle hiring from intake to offer
- Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrate your deep knowledge of client business to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
- Apply your excellent interviewing skills and practices
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience
- Highly developed consultative skill to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
- Strong negotiation skills to close complex offers involving many components of compensation (e.g. cash, equity, variable pay, sign on)
- Experience with sourcing techniques including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines
- Demonstrates Staffing expertise, organizational knowledge, and sound business discernment to contribute to the business and build credibility with clients
- Positive relationship management and influencing skills
- Ability to interact and present to leaders of all levels
- Resourcefulness to identify and use the resources, information, and assistance needed to tackle client problems
