Fidelity Talent Source is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to work in Smithfield, RI, Westlake, TX, Covington, KY or Jersey City, NJ.

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Fidelity Institutional recruiting team. This role will provide recruitment support to a variety of roles, of all levels, across the country.

In this role you will:
  • Partner with hiring managers to gain understanding of business unit objectives and job requirements to then implement a hiring strategy to find and attract the right talent (across internal, external and passive talent channels)
  • Collaborate with your peers, HR Business Partners and the Compensation team on a regular basis
  • Manage the full life cycle of hiring from intake to offer
  • Handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrate your knowledge of client business' to respond to detailed candidate questions about the role and function
  • Participate in recruitment projects/initiatives
  • Apply your excellent interviewing skills and consultative practices

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
  • At least 3+ of recruiting experience
  • Highly developed consultative skills to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sophisticated offers involving many components of compensation (e.g. cash, equity, variable pay, sign on)
  • Experience with sourcing techniques including identifying and attracting passive talent and building talent pipelines
  • Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems, Workday experience preferred
  • Demonstrates staffing expertise, organizational knowledge, and sound business discernment to contribute to the business and build credibility with clients
  • Positive relationship management and influencing skills to work with leaders of all levels
  • Resourcefulness to identify and use the resources, information, and assistance needed to address client problems
  • Initiative to build opportunities to connect with clients in order to better understand their business priorities, needs, and plans

The Team:
Fidelity’s Talent Acquisition team is passionate about attracting strong talent to the firm to help drive business results. We provide subject matter expertise to colleagues and hiring managers with regard to the internal and external employment market trends and maintains deep knowledge of their clients’ business objectives and workforce plans.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00-55.00 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
