Talent Acquisition Scheduling Manager

The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Scheduling Manager, you will lead a team of Schedulers who serve a meaningful role in the interviewing phase of the recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate with leaders in Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partners. Your goal is to ensure seamless alignment, deliver outstanding support, and maintain strong operational results throughout the interview process. Your leadership will shape an outstanding candidate experience, and you will coach your team to excel as they guide candidates through interviews at Fidelity.

  • Partnering with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to strengthen the interview experience and ensure alignment across teams

  • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Director to establish and implement key priorities and drive scheduling initiatives

  • Finding opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance team performance

  • Using scheduling and pipeline reporting to ensure timely candidate movement and influencing partners when improvements or adjustments are needed

  • Leading Schedulers through change while encouraging growth, development, and engagement

  • Providing guidance and critical issue support to Schedulers when interview related challenges arise

  • Building, maintaining, and continuously evolving scheduling processes to support a high caliber, fast paced scheduling function

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support reporting, communication, and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience with a track record of developing high performing teams
  • Ability to operate effectively across the organization and lead multiple priorities with urgency
  • Strong self-management skills, particularly while leading a team in a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding coaching abilities and a passion for developing talent
  • A dedication toward delivering an outstanding, customer centric candidate experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a talent for navigating challenges quickly and effectively
  • Proven ownership outlook with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
  • A collaborative leadership style grounded in empathy, partnership, and team cohesion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support reporting, communication, and operational efficiency
