Physical Requirements

Sitting long periods of time, performing repetitive motion task, ability to travel across campus, and off campus, to meet with various constituent groups and staff members.



Shift

Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week). Occasional evening hours may be needed to support workload demands and project needs.



Job Summary

As the Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (PAE) Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the employee experience across UK PAE. Reporting to the Professional Development Manager, you will help bring structure, consistency, and innovation to how we grow, support, and retain our team of professionals. From coordinating internal engagement initiatives and professional development programming to managing data systems and improving operational workflows, this role is designed for someone who thrives on turning good ideas into well-executed programs. You’ll support strategic initiatives like competency frameworks, internal recognition campaigns, and onboarding enhancements—while also handling the day-to-day details that make talent management work at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with HR/Payroll and serve as a trained backup to ensure continuity in operations. Your work will directly impact our team’s ability to recruit strong candidates, build clear career pathways, and foster a culture of growth, belonging, and high performance. This is an ideal role for someone with a desire to serve and support others while having a passion for organization, continuous improvement, and creating meaningful moments that help people feel seen, supported, and successful in their work.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

MS Windows, MS Office Suite, knowledge of best practices for talent development, knowledge of HR policies and procedures
