As a Sourcing Partner within Fidelity’s Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy by identifying and engaging exceptional talent across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers at all levels, building trusted relationships and delivering impactful sourcing solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools and sourcing platforms to research, identify, and engage passive talent.
  • Share compelling stories about Fidelity’s mission, culture, and opportunities to inspire candidates to explore a future with us.
  • Partner cross-functionally to understand hiring needs and develop inclusive sourcing strategies that attract diverse talent.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by bringing fresh ideas and a growth mindset to the sourcing function.

The Skill and Expertise You Bring

  • 2 plus years sourcing talent
  • Expertise in Financial Services
  • Experience in attracting Passive Talent and using AI - HireEz, Zoominfo and LinkedIn
  • Naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by the hunt for great talent.
  • A strong communicator who can build rapport and influence across a variety of audiences.
  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
  • Excited to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged.

The base salary range for this position is $74,000-$117,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
