This role partners closely with the Talent Management team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and engagement. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of tools and processes that enable career pathing and internal movement within the organization and provide visibility to available talent.
- Serve as talent resource to relay system requirements and processes to optimize talent-related functionality in Workday, ensuring seamless user experience and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze talent data and trends to inform optimization, planning, program effectiveness, and decision-making. Document program effectiveness, cost efficiency and return on investment.
- Support cross-functional projects related to talent strategy, system enhancements, and organizational development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Operations and Support System leaders to understand current and future talent and performance needs. Evaluate and identify solutions that build stronger Talent Management capabilities across the HR function and the Company.
- Serve as a key contributor on talent management best practices, providing best practices to HR stakeholders and business leaders.
- Continuously assess and improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
