The Role

In this role, you’ll be managing and coordinating critical workflows that keep Fidelity’s Corporate Tax Department operating at its best! From overseeing invoicing and purchase orders, to managing tax research subscriptions, to handling and distributing important tax notices from government agencies, you’ll ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Bring your organizational skills and attention to detail—your work will directly support our ability to respond quickly, stay compliant, and drive success at Fidelity!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage, analyze, and organize large volumes of data with accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite—particularly Outlook, Word and Excel—will be important for supporting team communications and documentation needs. Success in this role also requires the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously, take initiative in resolving issues, and maintain exceptional attention to detail when working with critical information such as tax notices and financial records. Strong organizational and communication skills will ensure smooth collaboration across internal teams and external partners, while a proactive, problem-solving mindset will help the candidate thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience: Prior experience in a corporate, financial, or administrative environment. Experience with, or interest in learning, procurement systems such as Ariba, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Alteryx.
