Habitat for Humanity International is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Resource Development and Communications team.
The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. We offer a competitive, comprehensive benefits package. The monthly gross pay starts at 1 500 EUR / month (based on previous experience + benefits).
This position is to be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Provide administrative support to our Resource Development and Communications teams, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling a variety of correspondence.
- Actively assist in the planning and coordination of regional conferences and other events, which involves tasks like booking travel, securing accommodation, and selecting suitable venues.
- Efficiently handle travel arrangements for team members, including processing visa applications, arranging hotel and flights through our travel agent and managing expense reports.
- Maintain and update our donor database tracking fundraising activities and potential opportunities.
- Handle document mailing and printing, communicate with various vendors
- Provide valuable support for both teams' projects and research endeavors.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
- High-school Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in administration/team assistant/executive assistant role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Experience in international corporate environment is a plus
