
Technical Account Manager
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical liaison between our organization and our customers. The TAM will ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our products and services, helping to drive adoption, resolve technical challenges, and foster long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Understand client goals and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve customer issues.
Provide product demonstrations, onboarding, and ongoing technical training.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and best practices.
Monitor account health and proactively address potential challenges or roadblocks.
Assist in managing escalations and coordinating internal resources to meet client expectations.
Track customer feedback and relay insights to the product and development teams.
Drive renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities through technical enablement and engagement.
