The Role

Fidelity Digital Assets®, a Fidelity Investments Company, is developing a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing digital assets, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Fidelity Digital Assets® Trading Engineering Team. In this role, we are looking for a project manager who blends technology and business expertise. Our organization is executing on highly visible modernizing project for the Fidelity Digital Assets® Trading platform. This position requires a talented project manager and collaborator, who demonstrates analytical thinking, active listening, and champions continuous improvement. You will be part of a dynamic team that builds and supports a wide array of best-in-class trading platform developed in partnership with Engineering, Product, SysOps, TechOps, leadership, as well external groups across Fidelity Digital Assets®.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• IT Project & Portfolio Management expertise is required: Experience and working knowledge of agile technology development methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Trading and Financial Systems.
• Demonstrated Collaboration Experience: Ability to proactively seek out and collaborate with critical business and systems partners, across multiple business units and geographical locations to ensure tight integration and coordination of development and delivery.
• Written and Oral Communication/Presentation Skills: Comfortable creating documentation and presenting to senior business partners and technical management teams.
• Innovation Mindset and Creativity Skills: Encourages others to look at problems and processes in new ways and champions continuous improvement.
• Experience in Web/cloud project planning and roadmaps.
• Ability to understand the business criticality of various applications as they relate to complex business processes.
• Able to understand a complex and global systems environment.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Education and Certifications

• Project management credential (PMP) preferred.
• AWS certifications preferred (AWS SysOps, DevOps).
