Description
JOB SUMMARY
Provides technology support and user training on network, computer hardware, software, telecommunications, network interface, other technology equipment, and related computer matters. Acts as an assistant to Desktop and Server Analysts on basic administration functions as needed. Serves as a general IT specialist supporting other IT departments such as Applications Development, Radio Communications, Network and Infrastructure, and Telecommunications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years PC repair and hardware/software experience.
Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of PC hardware, Windows-based software and peripherals.
Knowledge of other Operating Systems such as Linux preferred.
Experience supporting mobile devices, Apple IOS preferred.
Must be able to pass BCI, FBI, and UCJIS background check.
Valid Utah driver’s license required.
Must be a safe driver with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years.
Cannot have more than 2 violations of driving under the influence of alcohol, any drug, or the combined influence of any alcohol or any drug within the last 10 years.

Pay Rate: Starting at $27.84 per hour.
