Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with expertise in telecommunications? UK Healthcare is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer II to lead the development and administration of contact centers on the CCaaS platform Five9. In this critical role, you’ll partner closely with internal teams to design intuitive call flows and integrations that enhance patient and provider experiences.


The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with telecom-related platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Unified Border Element, Informacast, and other key communications tools. As part of our collaborative voice engineering team, you’ll play a pivotal role in troubleshooting, supporting, and optimizing telephony systems to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred Education/Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with agent based contact center systems, VoIP telephony, and supporting collaboration platforms. Experience with Cisco CUCM, CUBE, Five9 CCaaS preferred.
