Job Summary
Provides support in proctoring assessments and ensures policies and procedures are followed.
Job Duties:
• Provides proctoring support for testing and assessments.
• Administer and proctor offsite test and exams at various locations within our service area, including county jail.
• Manages exams collection and delivery.
• May provide testing accommodations for students with disabilities.
• Provides support with technology.
• Collects and tracks data for the testing center.
• Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, greets arrivals, and provides organizational information.
• Perform clerical duties to include typing, filing, copying, maintaining forms, and scheduling appointments, answering the department office phone, and responding to questions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree, and one to three years related experience, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
