As we continue to grow, we are looking for curious and motivated students who want to learn how the Training Team supports a scaling organization.

The Training Operations Intern will support the Training Department in building and scaling systems that improve technicians readiness, standards understanding, and execution consistency across the organization.

This intern will participate in the i2G Systems 2026 Summer Internship Program, a structured 10-week experience designed to provide meaningful, hands-on exposure to their role. In addition to gaining real-world experience, interns will have access to a series of dedicated program events focused on networking, professional development, and career growth.



Responsibilities

What You'll Get to Work On

    Assist in organizing and standardizing training materials across platforms (LMS, shared drives, reference documents)
    Support administration and data hygiene within Learning Management Systems (LearningPool, JJ Keller)
    Help track training completion, certifications, and assessment results
    Assist with preparation of training schedules, agendas, and communications
    Participate in training sessions (virtual or onsite) to observe delivery and outcomes
    Document process workflows related to training intake, execution, and follow-up
    Complete a structured internship project and present results to department leaders at the end of the program
    All other duties as assigned


Qualifications



What We're Looking For

    Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in:
    Business Operations
    Organizational Development
    Education/Training
    Industrial Technology
    Project Management or related field
    Strong organizational and documentation skills
    Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and learning systems
    Clear written and verbal communication
    Ability to work independently
    Interest in systems, process improvement, and workforce development
    Exposure to technical, construction, or operations environments is a plus but not required
