Shift
Student employees may have shifts during any time Transformative Learning (TL) spaces and services are open, and shifts are usually 2-4 hours in length.
- Monday-Thursday 9am – 10pm
- Fridays 9am-5pm
- Sundays 4pm-8pm.
- Occasional additional weekend hours for training.
- Required training prior to the beginning of the semester

Transformative Learning (TL), housed in the Office of Student Success, is UK’s centralized learning center and strives to create opportunities for student success through academic support initiatives. As a member of the TL team, undergraduate student employees will serve as peer leaders who contribute to TL’s mission of creating opportunities for student success through academic support initiatives and foster a welcoming learning environment.
