This position is a clinical role dedicated to supporting Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient-centered treatment plans. As a core member of the treatment team, the Treatment Care Plan Specialist is responsible for coordinating all IDT meetings, leading the development of Treatment Care Plans (TCPs), and ensuring the integration of all aspects of patient care into the TCP. This includes incorporating Behavior Support Plans, Emergency Treatment Care Plans, STARTs, and other key assessments to create a comprehensive and individualized approach to care.

The Oregon State Hospital provides patient-centered, psychiatric treatment for adults from throughout the state who need hospital-level care. Our primary goal is to help people recover from their illness and return to the community. What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years experience coordinating or administering a program
OR
Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.

- The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%. Review the Classification and Compensation page for more details on the classification.
