LOCATION: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our San Diego office located at 501 West Broadway, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92101

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Lexitas is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Trial Presentation Specialist to support our litigation services team with high-quality video, audio, and exhibit production for trials and depositions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure courtroom environments and enjoys combining technical expertise with client-facing service.

As a key member of the trial team, you’ll work closely with attorneys, clients, and internal partners to ensure seamless trial presentations—from pre-trial preparation through courtroom execution. You’ll also support the Production Director and collaborate with our video department to deliver polished, reliable trial support services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up, install, and operate trial presentation and playback equipment at courts and designated locations.
  • Serve as an active member of the trial team, presenting video and digital exhibits in court.
  • Meet with clients pre-trial to review materials, discuss strategy, and prepare exhibits.
  • Support clients before, during, and after trial to ensure smooth case execution.
  • Perform in-court and out-of-court video playbacks.
  • Scan, organize, and digitize documents and exhibits for trial.
  • Digitize, sync, and prepare video content for trial presentation.
  • Shoot and film depositions on location at Alaris facilities or client-designated sites.
  • Assist the video department with capturing, producing, syncing, and editing video content.
  • Perform after-hours video editing as needed, including nights and weekends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the trial process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Prior experience with trial presentation, video production, depositions, or courtroom technology strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and digital media tools.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is not a supervisor position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
