How will you make an impact in this role?

We’re looking for a Vice President, Commercial Cross Platform Delivery to lead end to end delivery of large complex technical initiatives that are critical to the success of our Global Commercial Services business, while also leading GCS-Technology's Solution Architecture and Quality Engineering centers of excellence to drive architecture and testing best practices across the GCS-Technology organization. In this role you will:

· Lead a global organization of engineers, architects, and project managers

· Create a culture of continuous improvement and a focus on success within your organization

· Be responsible for successful end-to-end technical delivery of large technical investments

· Be a trusted partner for senior GCS and technology leaders to balance delivering projects and efficient, forward-looking technical investment

· Drive GCS-Technology's strategy on project management, quality engineering, and architecture.

· Partner deeply cross functionally across technology and product teams to creatively problem solve and clear blockers

Minimum Qualifications

· 10+ years of experience in software development including hands-on experience

· Proven ability to deliver large, multi-year projects spanning many engineering teams

· Experience leading high performing organizations and growing talent

· Proven ability to balance many critical priorities and stakeholder relationships concurrently

· Self-starter that can create clarity from ambiguity

· Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate up and down leadership levels

· Leader with the courage to challenge the status quo and drive for process change to make iterative improvements

· Experience understanding distributed system architectures and driving technical strategy

· Understanding of software testing industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

· Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Salary Range: $219,000.00 to $338,250.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
