POSITION TITLE: Vice President Process Transformation
LOCATION:This is a remote position. Lexitas provides a fully equipped home office setup, including a company-issued laptop.
PAY RATE: $160,000/yr

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lexitas is seeking a transformative and visionary Vice President, Process Transformation to drive the integration and standardization of business operations across our rapidly expanding legal services company. With over 40 acquired business units, this role is pivotal in designing scalable, streamlined processes that support our core Court Reporting and Records services. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating across senior leadership, this individual will be the architect of enterprise-wide operational change that empowers efficiency, excellence, and long-term growth.
This executive-level role is responsible for leading business process transformation across Lexitas, focusing on simplification, digital enablement, and operational excellence. You will set the strategic framework for process integration and improvement, ensuring our client journey—from order to delivery—is seamless and consistent across platforms and divisions. This role is ideal for a bold leader energized by the opportunity to bring clarity, innovation, and alignment to a complex, growing organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Enterprise Process Redesign: Map and streamline end-to-end processes with an emphasis on consistency, efficiency, and client experience. Begin with Court Reporting and Records operations and digital portals.
- Drive Technology Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that redesigned processes translate into scalable, software-driven solutions.
- Champion Change Management: Inspire alignment and action across leadership and teams, guiding adoption of new processes and navigating organizational resistance with data and diplomacy.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Work directly with business unit leaders and SMEs to capture current-state workflows and lead negotiation of trade-offs for future-state optimization.
- Governance & Continuous Improvement: Establish frameworks for process governance, metrics, and continuous feedback loops to ensure long-term scalability and success.
- Build the Transformation Function: Develop a high-performing transformation team and provide dotted-line leadership to operational partners across divisions.
What You’ll Bring

- Deep expertise in business process mapping, redesign, and change management (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.)

- Advanced analytical, organizational, and data visualization skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, operations, or related field preferred
- 8+ years in senior-level business process transformation roles, ideally in high-growth or acquisition-heavy companies
- Proven success implementing scalable operational change in fragmented environments
- Experience using process mining tools such as StereoLogic is a strong plus
- BPM certification(s) preferred
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supervises and builds the department to fit the needs of the company. In addition, the position will have multiple dotted-line reports within the Divisions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
BPM certification(s) a plus.
