Vice President, Sales (Independent Sales and Client Services)Regular Full-Time​ 

Position Overview 

The role of the Vice President, Sales is a key position of the Film Television and Streaming group working closely with the Head of Independent Sales & Services.  Role will primarily be involved with the sales and client services efforts of Cast & Crew and Media Services independent payroll clients and will also assist with Cast & Crew Financial Services (CCFS), Cast & Crew Production Incentives, and special financial projects as requested. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Establish target list and develop relationships with potential payroll service clients, as well as potential clients for all independent services, lending, tax credit administration and production finance advisement. 
  • Take the role of client’s trusted advisor for all Cast & Crew products and services, advising on best practices with respect to services, products, and production finance processes. 
  • Work closely with clients to assist with problem resolution, always keeping client aware of status and ensuring the best client experience. 
  • Work closely with Head of Independents and VP Incentive Finance on the development and implementation of growth strategy plans. 
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with external related independent services companies such as Set-up, Payroll Operations, Labor Relations, Product Support, and all other service departments. 
  • Maintain strong client relationships.    

Key Qualifications 

  • Minimum 7 years in a film and/or television production finance senior management role 
  • Must have an extensive professional network of production and production finance executives, production accountants, and industry professionals. 
  • Proven track record of successful project management, department leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
  • High level familiarity with the operating structure of large production payroll company such as Cast & Crew 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively (both written and verbal) 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners 
  • West Coast based, work from home. 
  • Minimum Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree      

Special Work Conditions  

  • Occasional travel 
  • Client lunches and event hosting in the greater Los Angeles area 
  • Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.  


Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.The compensation range for this position is:$150,000—$200,000 USD
