Vice President, Workplace Investing Talent & Learning Experience and Programs

The Role

As the Vice President of Talent & Learning Experience and Programs, you bring deep expertise in learning and development along with a strategic, execution‑focused mindset. You will lead a team of design leaders who oversee groups of performance consultants and learning experience designers supporting Workplace Investing. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and elevating a premier learning organization that delivers high‑impact programs and experiences.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of management experience.

  • Learning & Development Leadership: Proven experience developing and implementing strategic plans across learning design, learning platforms, and program management.

  • Strategic Decision-Making: Strong business acumen and a data‑informed approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive decisions.

  • Executive Influence: Demonstrated success engaging and influencing senior leaders with confidence and clarity.

  • Collaboration & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable effective cross‑functional partnership at all levels of the organization.
