SUMMARY
The Vice President of Clinical Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, education, and collaboration across dialysis clinics. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality care by partnering with clinic teams, physicians, operational leaders, and the clinical services team. The VP leads initiatives to advance clinical outcomes, regulatory readiness, professional education, and team member development, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Outcomes
- Leads strategies and team of Sr. Directors, Directors, and Clinical Specialists to achieve goals and superior patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor and analyze quality data, clinical incidents, and trends; develop action plans to address gaps in patient safety and care delivery.
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, Medical Directors, and clinical teams to implement sustainable quality initiatives.
Education & Team Member Development
- Collaborate in delivery of comprehensive clinical education programs to support Team members' competency, regulatory readiness, and professional growth.
- Oversee regional preceptor training, ongoing clinical team member education, and leadership development programs.
- Champion adult learning principles and innovative methods for education and training delivery.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
- Oversee survey readiness, internal and external surveys, and the execution of corrective action plans in collaboration with clinic leadership.
- Serve as corporate liaison with regulatory agencies and during disaster preparedness and response.
- Provide guidance on OSHA, infection control, risk management, and patient safety standards.
Clinic & Leadership Partnerships
- Collaborate closely with clinical team members, operations leaders, and executive leadership to align goals and priorities.
- Build strong partnerships with physicians, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders to support patient-centered care.
- Provide clinical expertise to cross-functional initiatives, including technology adoption, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, communication, and accountability across all levels of the organization.
