We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.Essential Functions
- Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders
- Stock inventory and assign bin locations as needed
- Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Package materials to ensure safe delivery; build crates/skids when required
- Process shipments using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL) and stage for pickup
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Load/unload trucks and coordinate shipments as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, carts, ladders, etc.)
- Assist with hose assembly and light fabrication work when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
