Qualifications



RS&H is currently seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineering Associate II to join our team.

This position will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote. As part of the infrastructure team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by utilizing production software and developing impact studies, cost analyses, and design requirements; leading data collection efforts; preparing portions of project documents; editing specifications and discipline reports; preparing drawings, visual aids, and presentations; performing as-needed field reviews and observations of ongoing construction projects; and performing research and investigations to support development of proposed engineering applications.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program and three years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. EI strongly preferred.
  • Be knowledgeable around applicable federal, state and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances.
  • Be proficient in production software and construction document production.
  • Have a passion for engineering and a willingness to grow and learn.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders.
