This is an opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, improving system performance, and taking ownership of production environments that operate at scale. You'll also contribute to engineering best practices and architectural decisions within your product area.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

Benefits you can count on:

  • Paid time off begins day one.
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.
  • Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!

What you'll do:
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions that integrate directly with Workday business processes
  • Build and support Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, RaaS) and reporting solutions, including calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced reports
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve data integrity and system reliability
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, security design, and ongoing platform enhancements across the Workday ecosystem
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What sets you apart:
  • Experience working with Workday integrations, reporting, or Extend development (custom UIs, APIs, business process extensions)
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures and security concepts, including domains, roles, and business process security
  • A problem-solver mindset with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams

If you're passionate about Workday, enjoy owning meaningful systems, and want to make a visible impact across the organization, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that.
