The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Inbound Paper Processing team. In this leadership role, you will support multiple Fidelity business units by performing mail receipt, and document processing. Your focus will be on ensuring accuracy, security, and customer satisfaction. As a Workleader, you will guide the team’s daily operations and collaborate with other leads across CTC to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and drive process excellence.

- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with other team leads
- Assist with the necessary reports and represent the manager or department as needed
- Commitment to partnering with fellow Workleaders/Managers to improve processes and meet completion goals across Inbound

The Team
The Inbound team plays a critical role in safeguarding customer assets by accurately and efficiently processing incoming transactions. Supporting all Fidelity business units, the team handles all incoming mail transactions. All processing is completed in alignment with internal service goals and regulatory requirements to ensure timely and accurate transaction handling.

Brokerage OperationsMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
