MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or GED. • Familiar with mainframe usage. • Two or more years of AR experience. • Perform account reviews, corrections and adjustments in compliance company policy. • Familiarity with basic accounting procedures. • Experience with Microsoft Office software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Experience with accounting software (ORACLE preferred). • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships, exchange ideas and opinions. • Customer service experience preferred. • Ability to achieve results and solve problems. • Ability to plan, organize, and manage own time and work. This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
