Will also assist with preparing/running leasing reports, reviewing lease language, processing broker invoices, recording expenses for payment, and making travel arrangements. Must have excellent phone, internet, and computer skills. The qualified candidate must be well organized with excellent follow-up and oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently.
