SUMMARYThe Administrator, Formulary Management will meet the pharmacy operations and formulary management needs of USRC for prescription-based supplies and medications. This role will assist in all formulary and pharmacy management processes to support the field and corporate leadership.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.<ul><li> Partnership with internal teams to continually improve pharmacy workflow and formulary management process.</li><li> Assist with testing and evaluating systems and tools within the Electronic Medical Record (Med &amp; Supply Management, PEARLCare etc.)</li><li> Provide outreach to field team members for both pharmacy and Med &amp; Supply Management issues, support and clarifications.</li><li> Function as a specialized second tier contact for both pharmacy and Med &amp; Supply Management IT service tickets.</li><li> Maintains the following competencies:<ul><li> Business Savvy -- Knows how to communicate the value of pharmacy and formulary management.</li><li> Customer Focus -- Delivers timely messaging to field team members and outside providers with professionalism and diligence.</li></ul></li><li> Results-Driven -- Partners to develop process, concepts and programs that meet identified needs and produce results that impact organizational momentum.</li><li> Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li> Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li> Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.</li></ul>
