POSITION SUMMARY Administering a high availability distributed system environment. The administrator will work very closely with the Technology Services Division staff to meet business and technical demands. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Installs, configures and manages physical and virtual servers in support of applications utilized by the College. Monitor the performance, security and availability of physical and virtual servers and Citrix Application Delivery Controllers. Establish and maintain firewalls on physical and virtual servers. Perform version and package upgrades on physical and virtual servers and Citrix Application Delivery Controllers. Provide systems technical support to the Technical Systems Division staff. Document configurations and procedures utilized to maintain supported platforms. Works with the Administrative Information Systems staff in support of Ellucian Banner and related applications. Develops SQL and PL/SQL scripts to perform extracts and updates to data in the Banner database. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree and 8 years of work experience in systems administration and/or application development. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree and three-year experience in systems administration and/or application development. Experience in Linux, Unix, and Windows servers administration.

POSITION SUMMARY This position will provide directed administrative support to the various divisions within academic affairs and workforce and may at times be assigned to one division for a specified period of time to offer coverage and support as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform duties including answering phones, responding to phone/in person/email inquiries, screening calls, and handling related issues. This is a full-time permanent, fiscal year clerical, support staff position. The Administrative Assistant 3 acts as personal assistant; provides clerical and operational support. Job Duties

Job Purpose: 

The administrative secretary provides general secretarial and administrative support for the Vice President and the Advancement department.

Essential Functions:
<ol>
<li>Work closely with the Vice President for Advancement in supporting responsibilities and provide general secretarial and administrative support for the department.</li>
<li>Maintain calendar, office files, records and supplies inventory for the department.</li>
<li>Coordinate the development and word processing of department files, policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with the development and communication of department activities.</li>
<li>Collect information and documents relevant to department functions.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining donor database and gift records. Run queries for information and reports.</li>
<li>Process Accounts Receivable (donation/gift), and daily deposits. Invoice pledged.</li>
<li>Process Accounts Payables and processing of Foundation checks.</li>
<li>Prepare reports for reconciliation of funds with Business Services.</li>
<li>Use college software to check fund balances and other related information.</li>
<li>Maintain correspondence from Advancement and Foundation including notification of Board members of meetings, agenda, minutes and preparing folders for all meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain Foundation scholarship/fund folders with agreements, letters, publicity, reports, and policies/procedures both electronic and physical files.</li>
<li>Interact with Foundation Trustees by assisting VP during preparation of Board meetings, emailing, and texting, taking attendance and minutes of meetings or working on the directory of trustees and ambassadors, etc.</li>
<li>Assist other departments in coding purchases with Foundation funds through SciQuest.</li>
<li>Support the planning and execution of Advancement and Foundation activities by assisting with meetings, projects, and events. Coordinate with and assist other staff and development officers by ordering of supplies, registering for events, preparing reimbursements for travel, etc. As needed, submit facility department and communications department requests for Advancement and Foundation activities, arrange catering, etc.</li>
<li>Assist with ticket sales for Performance Series.</li>
<li>Participate in Advancement and Foundation events during and outside of normal work schedule.</li>

Job Summary:
Manage the grant resource discovery, eligibility analysis, strategic need compatibility, grant application preparation and institutional review process, and management of award implementation and compliance requirements for government and public grants and for private and external foundation grants. Write grant proposals and provide assistance to College employees seeking external grant funding by serving as the clearing house for all grant proposals.
Job Duties:
Cultivate and maintain an in-depth knowledge of federal and state grant laws and regulations. In partnership with campus partners, write and prepare grant proposals, grant re-applications, and letters of inquiry for submission to government agencies, corporations, and foundations. Identify and research opportunities for grant funding from public, private and foundation sources that fit with the College’s strategic plan. Facilitate the mechanics of the planning process of proposal development by convening appropriate groups to develop and write grants. Review and ensure that assigned projects are completed and submitted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the granting agency directions and the college policies and procedures. Provide information concerning the College and community and assist with the development of budget and statistical data to support grant proposals. Review drafts and final grant proposals and coordinate final packaging of proposals for shipment. Provide assistance and direction in the administration of grants and monitor the budget for proper use of funds. Provide grant writing workshops for faculty and staff. Maintain knowledge of sponsor agencies including funding opportunities, policies, and program changes. Maintain grant files and ensure audit-ready records. Develop and maintain a database of proposals and a tracking system to monitor grant status. Serve on appropriate College committees. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Four years of related experience. 
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, English, Project Management, or related field. Two or more years of experience writing, developing, and managing multiple federal grants (i.e. – National Science Foundation, TRIO, Department of Education, and other federal departments or agencies.) Experience working with private donors and fundraising staff and other groups to develop and manage grants. Two or more years experience in higher education. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Grant funding regulations and of producing a high volume of grant proposals. Good analytical and strong organizational skills, ability to understand and interpret complex guidelines, and quickly and accurately, detail oriented, and ability to relate to a variety of individuals. Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrated proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Word. Strong budgetary management/oversight skills. Must be a willing advocate of the mission of the college.
Pay Rate: $56,881 - $71,101 annual salary depending on experience
