Position Title: Operations Coordinator Location: Miami, FL Full Time/Part Time: Full time Req ID: R346-2025 Description: We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist and support the General Manager with the day-to-day management of their lifestyle properties. Primary focus is related to administrative functions and tenant / vendor relations including, but not limited to the following: collection of vendor bids and preparation of contracts related to repairs, maintenance and Capital Improvement projects; review and coding of all vendor invoices; coding and processing of all Job Cost related documents; re-class of expenses; coordination of vendor work, annual inspections (ex.
