Do you have great customer service and enjoy talking to people? In this role, you will be responsible for receptionist duties such as opening the lobby, greeting visitors, receiving packages and notifying recipients. You will also provide back-up to the Office Services Assistant; sorting mail, working with general Excel sheets, and restocking and ordering supplies as needed. You will work with the Office Services Manager regarding building maintenance issues. This position also performs miscellaneous duties as needed.This role is in Portsmouth, NH, and the incumbent will report to the office as needed.If you are looking for occasional work, this is the job for you!
