Position Title: Tenant Sales Coordinator Location: Charlotte, NC Full Time/Part Time: Full time Req ID: R340-2025 Description: ******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking a Tenant Sales Coordinator to handle the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Process percentage rent billings timely</li><li>Compile source data and automate distribution via email merges - missing sales letters</li><li>Reconciliation of reporting data vs actual calculations</li><li>Follow up on missing sales if percentage rent was previously billed</li><li>Generate MRI gross sales reports</li><li>Update tenant sales information in MRI</li><li>Manage sales tasks in Salesforce</li><li>Work with offshore team on retail setups in MRI</li><li>Manage contact cases</li><li>Assist and manage audit requests</li><li>Assist with other special projects/responsibilities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelors degree, or equivalent, relevant experience</li><li>2+ years commercial real estate knowledge, including lease language interpretation preferred</li><li>Prior reconciliation experience strongly preferred</li><li>Prior work experience utilizing strong administrative skills</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with a range of internal and external customers</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems and ability to multi-task</li></ul>** Kimco Realty is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Veteran/Disability ** About Us: Kimco's mission is to create destinations for everyday living that inspire a sense of community and deliver value to our many stakeholders.
